Being a First Responder and a member of the Fairview Fire Police, this was a terrible night for all who were present.

 When upon arrival and living only 2 blocks away, the Firefighters had already arrived before me. The response from the Fire District was as fast as anyone could imagine.

 The night turned into day before I realized how long I’d been there.  Time seemed like it had gone so slow, Emergency crews were everywhere. 

 The scene was horrific and I hope to never go thru this type of fire ever again.  I came to realize how important everyones jobs are and how invaluable every piece of apparatus is. 

 It is my biggest fear that unless all come to fix the Emergency Services issues in our District as well as in other Districts, this type of incident will continue.

 My prayers  for those families and their friends I have met in this past week.
