Elected to the Dutchess County Legislature in 2007,  I have worked for a fiscally responsible and safe Dutchess County. I favored the purchase of Hybrid Busses for the County Fleet; Voted “NO” for the increases of the Counties Loop Bus Fares; and I succeeded in getting the Disabled American Vets transportation. The County discontinued the Loop Bus services in their area.

I helped draft the Legislative Resolution for a “County Wide Public Safety Task Force” which addresses safety and costs of Fire and EMS services throughout the County.
